Congratulations once again on your scholarship to attend the 2024 National Black and Latino Economic$ Summit. We want to ensure your flight reimbursement process goes as smoothly as possible while eliminating any issues upon check-in.

Please complete the form below so we may have the correct information to begin processing your reimbursement. Reimbursements do not begin processing until the last day of the summit (Wednesday, August 24, 2024), and take up to sixty (60) days from receipt for the reimbursement check to be issued. Please Note. We only reimburse base fares, plus taxes and standard fees. NMCRC will not reimburse first-class, business class, priority seating, added luggage or any other additional services. Upon arrival at the Summit, attendees will be emailed a link to submit airfare details and electronic receipts. Review our terms and conditions for proper requirements to be reimbursed.

We strongly recommend completing your reimbursement form by Friday, September 13, 2024 to avoid delays.
